What data we process and where it comes from

We only process the data you give us through the contact form or by email: name, email, website or business name and the content of your message. We do not buy or combine data from other sources.

This site uses no cookies and no analytics tools. Fonts are served from our own domain, with no requests to third parties.

Purpose and legal basis

To answer your enquiry and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent when you send us the message and our legitimate interest in handling requests for information about our services (article 6.1, letters a and f, of the GDPR). We make no automated decisions and build no profiles with this data.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties. To provide the service we use providers acting as processors under a contract compliant with article 28 of the GDPR: web hosting and email delivery, with servers in the European Union whenever the provider offers it. We make no international transfers outside the European Economic Area without the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.

How long we keep the data

For as long as needed to handle your request and, at most, twelve months from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship begins, in which case data is kept for its duration and for the statutory limitation periods.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to soygus@gmail.com, stating which right you exercise. We will reply within one month. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Assistants deployed for clients

The customer assistants we set up for client businesses process data on behalf of each business, which is the data controller; each of them publishes its own privacy policy. This policy covers this website only.
